Whole Pizza = 11 Points Plus
1- Lavash Bread (Trader Joes)
2- Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge ( any flavor)
1 cup- Crushed Tomatoes (drain and pat dry)
30 grams- Turkey Pepperoni
1/4 tsp.-Italian seasoning/basil/dry onion/parsley
1/3 cup- Weight Watchers shredded Cheese
16 grams-Black Olives (sliced)
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray baking sheet with non-stick spray. Place lavash bread on baking sheet.
Unwrap laughing cow cheese wedge. Put into small bowl and microwave for 8-10 seconds. Remove from microwave, add spices and mix till well blended. With backside of spoon spread cheese mixture onto lavash bread.
Spread crushed tomatoes over cheese mixture. Add turkey pepperoni, black olives and shredded cheese.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
If serving with a salad this can be shared and still have more than enough to fill you up for a mere 5.5 points plus.
