Creamy Coconut Pineapple Popsicles Recipe
An amazing low calorie summer popsicle recipe that is healthy, delicious and all natural. It’s sweet, creamy, and makes a great Weight Watchers snack for a hot day.
Ingredients
- 1can light coconut milk
- 1 can pineapple chunks, in their own juice
- 1 large banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender, until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds, and freeze.
