30 Healthy Habits

Charlene shared this with me. I think I will print it out and hang on my fridge. I can then mark each day off as I successfully do each healthy habit. Charlene thank you for sharing. We miss you hope your back soon.

Day 1.  drink water

Day 2.  hearty breakfast

Day 3. eat an apple

Day 4. clean out the cupboard and for today, say no to poison

Day 5. go a little nuts

Day 6. trade milk and butter for plant based versions

Day 7. put a little flax on it

Day 8. do a deep dive for 5 (mediation/prayer)

Day 9. switch up your drinks

Day 10 make lunch without animal products

Day 11. take your vitamins

Day 12. add some exercise

Day 13. change your cheese

Day 14. eat a super food

Day 15 love yourself a little

Day 16.  have a salad

Day 17 make some cashew cream

Day 18 take animals off the dinner table

Day 19 have a little fun

Day 20 pump it up (exercise)

Day 21. connect the dots about where your food comes from

Day 22. blend up a power smoothie

Day 23. back away from sugar

Day 24. start seeing weight loss as real

Day 25. juice it up

Day 26 eat lower on the glycemic index

Day 27 cut the oil

Day 28 do something purposeful

Day 29. schedule your day

Day 30. make progress, it’s not about perfection
