50 ways to burn 100 calories

Happy Tuesday,
Hope everyone is staying out of the smoke as much as possible. I'm wearing my mask when I'm outside. We need not worry about how we look but it's very important to take care of our lungs, their the only ones we have. Don't forget to go on e-tools and try a new WW recipe. I've made 3 different ones so far this week and they were keepers.
My thoughts go out to everyone that is involved with fighting the fires. May You All Be Safe .
There were some surprises on this list. The good new is I weigh more than 150lbs. so that means I burn more calories when doing these. Yeah! Hope you find this interesting.
