Chips and Dip 2 Point Plus

                                                                  Chips

1- Extra Large Lavash Bread or Light Flatbread (Lavash Bread at Trader Joes)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut Lavash or Flatbread into a total of 24 squares, each about 2"x2"
Place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake in oven until crispy, about 2-4 minutes.

                                                                  Dip

Mix together 2/3 cup salsa and 1/3 cup Fat Free Plain Greek yogurt.

Recipe makes 4 servings of 6 chips and 1/4 of dip.

Mary shared this recipe last year sometime and said it was really good. She served it just with salsa.

  1. Now that I've tried the Lavash bread for pizza, I am going to try this chip and dip combo this next week. Who doesn't love chips every now and then? Thanks for sharing all the great recipes. I love to cook, and I'm having fun trying all these new, healthy recipes!
